Abstract
A solution is placed in contact with a composite comprising a matrix of a polysaccharide derivative covalently linked to an antibody by a bifunctional coupling agent, and then the solution containing the free fractions is separated from the composite which has reacted. The separation is particularly effective by virtue of the use, as bifunctional coupling agent, of a compound of formula I in which n represents an integer from 1 to 6 and e is equal to 1 or 2.
