Abstract

Un conjunto de suministro de gas que comprende un subsistema nasal (21) que se conecta a la nariz de un paciente para suministrar un gas respiratorio al paciente, y un módulo de medición (44), en donde el subsistema nasal (21) comprende: - un cuerpo hueco (22) con una cámara interna (22a) y una entrada (22b) para recibir un gas respiratorio, y - un par de gafas nasales (23, 24), en comunicación fluida con la cámara interna (22a) del cuerpo hueco (22), cada gafa nasal (23, 24) comprende un par de canales internos (23b, 23c; 24b, 24c), cada par de canales internos (23b, 23c; 24b, 24c) comprenden un primer canal (23b; 24b) y un segundo canal (23c; 24c) dispuestos en paralelo, cada uno de los primeros canales (23b; 24b) se conecta de manera fluida, en uso, a la cámara interna (22a) del cuerpo hueco (22) con una fosa nasal (13, 14) del paciente (1), y cada segundo canal (23c, 24c) se conecta de manera fluida, en uso, a una fosa nasal (13, 14) con un conducto de ventilación (25) dispuesto en el cuerpo hueco (22) y en comunicación fluida con la atmósfera a través de al menos un puerto de ventilación (25a), caracterizado por que un conducto complementario (24e) se dispone en una de las dos gafas nasales (23, 24) del subsistema nasal (21), dicho conducto complementario (24e) comprende un puerto de entrada (224) ubicado dentro de uno de los segundos canales (23c, 24c) de las gafas nasales (23, 24) y un puerto de salida (225) ubicado en el conducto de ventilación (25), y en donde el módulo de medición (44) comprende un cuerpo de módulo principal (144) en comunicación fluida con el subsistema nasal (21), dicho cuerpo de módulo principal (144) comprende: - un primer puerto (44a) que comprende un primer orificio de salida (244a) para un primer flujo de gas desde el módulo de medición (44), y un segundo y tercer puerto (44b, 44c) que comprende un segundo y un tercer orificio de salida (244b, 244c), - un primer conducto de gas interno en comunicación fluida con el puerto de salida (225) del subsistema nasal (21) y además conectada de manera fluida al primer puerto (44a) del cuerpo del módulo principal (144), y - una parte de expansión hueca (44d) que comprende un volumen interno en comunicación fluida con el conducto de ventilación (25) del subsistema nasal (21), y con los puertos segundo y tercero (44b, 44c) del cuerpo del módulo principal (144).
