Abstract

Procedimiento quirúrgico para la práctica de osteotomías, que utiliza una guía (1) y unas agujas (2) introducidas en ella en un orden y con posición/profundidad determinados para proceder primero al corte con precisión y después a retirar la guía (1) y a posicionar una placa (3) fijada al hueso (H) con tornillos (4). La guía (1) es una sola pieza alargada que define una pluralidad de protuberancias (11) que proporcionan la orientación y los ángulos exactos que deben llevar las agujas (2); yendo estas protuberancias (11) axialmente orificadas y con señalizaciones (12) para alojar cada una a una aguja (2) determinada. Las agujas (2) disponen cada una, una identificación personalizada (21) y una señalización de profundidad (22). La placa (3) es una única pieza de perfil en "Z", conjugado con el perfil de la zona del hueso (H); disponiendo pares de orificios (30a), (30b) en sus respectivas alas (3a), (3b).
