Abstract
Un método de producción de compuestos aromáticos y olefinas ligeras a partir de una materia prima hidrocarbonada que comprende las etapas de: (a) someter la materia primera hidrocarbonada a un proceso de extracción por disolvente en una unidad de extracción por disolvente, en el que el disolvente es un disolvente inmiscible selectivo para la separación de compuestos aromáticos, en el que la temperatura de ebullición de los disolventes inmiscibles selectivos para la separación de compuestos aromáticos es mayor que la temperatura de ebullición de una fracción que contiene compuestos aromáticos y naftenos, y en el que el disolvente es estable a la temperatura de proceso; (b) separar de la materia prima hidrocarbonada extraída con disolvente obtenida en la etapa (a) una fracción de refinado que comprende parafinas y comprendiendo dicha fracción compuestos aromáticos y naftenos; (c) convertir dicha fracción que comprende compuestos aromáticos y naftenos en una unidad de hidrocraqueo y separar los productos de reacción en una fracción con alto contenido en compuestos aromáticos y una corriente con alto contenido en parafinas ligeras, en el que dicha unidad de hidrocraqueo es una unidad de hidrocraqueo e hidrodesulfuración selectiva adecuada para conservar especies aromáticas, al tiempo que simultáneamente deshidrogena una parte de las especies nafténicas para dar especies aromáticas, hidrocraquear especies no aromáticas que incluyen las especies nafténicas y especies parafínicas restantes para dar especies de LPG y hidrodesulfurar cualquier especie de organoazufre; (d) convertir dicha fracción de refinado en una unidad de craqueo al vapor en olefinas ligeras; en el que, antes de llevar a cabo la etapa (c), la fracción que comprende compuestos aromáticos y naftenos se fracciona adicionalmente mediante un proceso de separación para aumentar su contenido en compuestos aromáticos y naftenos, dando como resultado dicho proceso de separación una corriente de disolvente rica en compuestos aromáticos y naftenos y una corriente que comprende parafinas ligeras separadas, en el que dicho proceso de separación se basa en diferencias en la volatilidad relativa en presencia de dicho disolvente, en el que, antes de llevar a cabo la etapa (c), la corriente de disolvente rica en compuestos aromáticos y naftenos se fracciona adicionalmente recuperando el disolvente dando como resultado una corriente rica en disolvente y un extracto que comprende compuestos aromáticos y naftenos, y devolviendo dicha corriente rica en disolvente a dicho proceso de extracción por disolvente de la etapa (a), en el que dicho fraccionamiento se basa en diferencias en puntos de ebullición; que comprende además recuperar un subproducto que contiene gasolina de pirólisis de la unidad de craqueo al vapor y devolver dicho subproducto que contiene gasolina de pirólisis recuperado a dicho proceso de extracción por disolvente; alimentar dicha materia prima hidrocarbonada al proceso de extracción por disolvente en una posición por encima del punto de entrada del subproducto que contiene gasolina de pirólisis recuperado en dicha unidad de extracción por disolvente; y alimentar dicha corriente rica en disolvente al proceso de extracción por disolvente en una posición por encima de los puntos de entrada tanto del subproducto que contiene gasolina de pirólisis recuperado como de la materia primera hidrocarbonada en dicha unidad de extracción por disolvente.
