The shelf is a grid, and in particular a wooden grid. It has rods that extend in the direction of depth of the shelf, which, in its two end areas, are joined to connecting bars that extend transversely. The said support part can be fixedly or detachably joined to the shelf. A particularly preferred design is presented when the support part can be detachably joined, and in particular in different positions, to the shelf. Thanks to this, through a user, it is possible to regulate in a flexible way in which place the support part must be placed or if in the particular case this is really needed.

The support part, as well as the shelf, are designed so that the support part is fixed on the shelf through a positive connection. Other fixing possibilities, for example adhesion or clamping, or other non-positive fixing of the support part, relatively with respect to the shelf, are feasible, but are not covered by the invention. In another variant of the invention, it is provided that the shelf has at least one projection which engages in at least one slot of the support part. The reverse arrangement is also possible, but is not included by the invention, namely the fact that the shelf has at least one slot in which at least one projection of the support part engages. It is possible that the projection and the groove are designed so that the support part can move along the shelf, so that through a user, in a simple manner, the desired and optimum position of the support part can be regulated.

The slot is disposed on two opposite sides of the support part and the support part is attached to the shelf on those opposite sides. In this way, a bilateral fixation of the support part on the shelf is provided on opposite sides of the support part.
