Abstract
Dispositivo (1) de moldeo para la transformación de un material (40), que comprende: - un cuerpo de molde inferior (10), o matriz, realizado en un material conductor de electricidad y que consta de una zona de moldeo (14) que estará en contacto con el material a transformar; - un cuerpo de molde superior (12), o punzón, realizado en un material conductor de electricidad; y que consta de una zona de moldeo (16) que estará en contacto con el material a transformar; - una pieza intermedia (18) amovible, o núcleo, realizada en un material conductor de electricidad, e intercalada entre la matriz (10) y el punzón (12); - caracterizado porque medios inductores (30) capaces de generar un campo magnético envuelven la matriz (10), el punzón (12) y la pieza intermedia (18); estando estos tres elementos aislados eléctricamente dos a dos, de modo que las caras enfrentadas de la pieza intermedia (18) y de la matriz (10) por un lado, y de la pieza intermedia (18) y del punzón (12) por otro lado, delimiten dos entrehierros (20, 22) en los que circula el campo magnético que induce corrientes en la superficie de las zonas de moldeo (14, 16) de la matriz (10) y del punzón (12), permitiendo de este modo localizar la acción de los inductores en la superficie de las zonas de moldeo (14, 16).
