Abstract

Método para la automatización en la calibración dosimétrica, reconstrucción y verificación de tratamientos complejos de radioterapia integrada en un entorno y sistema para la puesta en práctica del mismo. Destinado a la caracterización del haz de un acelerador (21) y la verificación de un tratamiento de radioterapia, en el mismo se prevé la monitorización y automatización de los medios de lectura (13), la obtención automatizada de la respuesta dosimétrica del subsistema detector (11) ubicado dentro de un maniquí plano (12), la calibración automatizada en el plano axial del medio detector, la verificación y visualización automatizada del mapa de dosis reconstruido a partir de las medidas tomadas con el subsistema detector (11) con el mapa de dosis obtenido con un sistema de planificación mediante el cálculo del índice gamma (115), histogramas DVH (116) que relacionen la dosis recibida por cada órgano en un volumen y la verificación automatizada de la respuesta obtenida mediante los logs de salida del acelerador para el tratamiento.
