Abstract
1.Adaptador perfeccionado para extruir una serie de flujos o tubos de flujo de espuma termoplástica sintética simultáneamente de un solo extrusionador, caracterizado por comprender un cuerpo teniendo en una punta los medios para acoplar el cuerpo al cilindro del extrusionador centrado axialmente con el mismo; una cámara colectora formada frontalmente en dicha punta pare recibir la masa termoplástica de dicho cilindro; una serie de conductos formados en dicho cuerpo, irradiando de dicha cámara colectora y abiertos en la punta opuesta del cuerpo, cada uno de dichos conductos terminan en medios de acoplamiento para un cabezal de extrusión respectivo; una válvula mariposa en cada uno de dichos conductos, y los medios para bloquear cada una de las válvulas individualmente en una posición angular deseada. 2.Adaptador, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el elemento de disco de cada válvula tiene una sección transversal mediana en forma de romboide con los dos ángulos obtusos opuestosredondeados y en cada uno de los cuales los dos ángulos agudos opuestos no son mayores de 60º. 3.Adaptador, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el elemento de disco de cada válvula tiene una sección transversal mediana en forma de romboide con los dos ángulos obtusos opuestos redondeados y en cada uno de los cuales los dos ángulos agudos opuestos no son mayores de 60º. 4.Adaptador, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizados porque en la posición de máximo cierre la válvula mariposa suprime como mínimo el 70 por 100, pero no más del 90 por 100 de la sección del flujo del conducto respectivo. 5.Adaptador, según las reivindicaciones 1, 2, ó 3, caracterizado porque la dimensión del elemento de dicha medida a lo largo del eje de rotación respectivo es de 60-80 por 100 de la correspondiente dimensión del conducto. 6.Adaptador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dichos conductos son idénticos entre sí y se hallan dispuestos en los respectivos conductos en posiciones idénticas entre sí y contiguas a los medios de acoplamiento para los cabezales de extrusión respectivos. 7.Adaptador según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dichos conductos se separan entre sí y se sitúan en planos radiales separados uniformemente angulares entre sí alrededor del eje del cuerpo del adaptador.
