Abstract
La descripción se refiere a un dispositivo (12) para generar una o más señales de estimulación eléctrica del aparato vestibular (sáculo, utrículo) de un paciente. El dispositivo se caracteriza por comprender una unidad (17) de procesamiento de señales de medida proporcionadas por una unidad (11) de medida que comprende al menos tres acelerómetros (14a) para proporcionar señales de medida de aceleración y tres giroscopios (14b) para proporcionar señales de medida de velocidad angular, estando configurada la unidad de procesamiento para cancelar los errores de las señales de medida; y una unidad (18) de generación de la una o más señales de estimulación eléctrica del aparato vestibular del paciente a partir de al menos las señales de medida procesadas por la unidad (17) de procesamiento.
