Abstract

Una estructura de tambor (10) para tratamiento de pieles (40), que comprende: - un contenedor cilíndrico cerrado (1) que tiene una superficie lateral interior (30) que define una cámara de tratamiento (20) de dichas pieles (40) y una puerta (3'') para la operación de carga/descarga de dichas pieles (40), - un medio de accionamiento (6, 6') que transmite a dicho contenedor cilíndrico cerrado (1) un movimiento rotacional en conformidad con un sentido de rotación determinado; - una pluralidad de paletas mezcladoras (21, 22, 23, 24) dispuestas en dicha cámara de tratamiento (20), extendiéndose dichas paletas (21, 22, 23, 24) desde dicha superficie lateral interior (30) comenzando desde una generatriz respectiva (21', 22', 23', 24') de dicha superficie lateral interior (30), aumentado dichas paletas (21, 22, 23, 24) una acción mezcladora sobre dichas pieles (40) que se causa por dicho movimiento de rotacional, estando dicha estructura de tambor (10) caracterizada por cuanto que al menos una primera paleta (21) de dicha pluralidad de paletas (21, 22, 23, 24) está dispuesta formando un ángulo con respecto a un primer ángulo (25), en donde dicho primer ángulo (25) se mide en dicho sentido de rotación con respecto a un plano tangencial a dicha superficie lateral interior (30) que pasa a través de la generatriz respectiva (21'), y en donde al menos una entre las paletas restantes (22, 23, 24) de dicha pluralidad, con respecto a un plano tangencial respectivo, forma un ángulo (26, 27, 28) que difiere de dicho primer ángulo (25) de dicha primera paleta en al menos 10º-13º.A drum structure (10) for treating skins (40), comprising: - a closed cylindrical container (1) having an inner side surface (30) defining a treatment chamber (20) of said skins (40) and a door (3 '') for the loading / unloading operation of said skins (40), - a drive means (6, 6 ') which transmits to said closed cylindrical container (1) a rotational movement in accordance with a determined direction of rotation; - a plurality of mixing vanes (21, 22, 23, 24) arranged in said treatment chamber (20), said vanes (21, 22, 23, 24) extending from said inner side surface (30) starting from a respective generatrix (21 ', 22', 23 ', 24') of said inner side surface (30), said vanes (21, 22, 23, 24) increased a mixing action on said skins (40) that is caused by said movement of rotational, said drum structure (10) being characterized in that at least a first vane (21) of said plurality of vanes (21, 22, 23, 24) is arranged at an angle with respect to a first angle (25) , wherein said first angle (25) is measured in said direction of rotation with respect to a tangential plane to said inner lateral surface (30) passing through the respective generatrix (21 '), and where at least one between the remaining vanes (22, 23, 24) of said plurality, with respect to a respective tangential plane ivo, forms an angle (26, 27, 28) that differs from said first angle (25) of said first vane by at least 10 ° -13 °.
