Abstract
Una composición farmacéutica para inhalación administrada por separado, secuencialmente o conjuntamente, que comprende fármacos que contienen una amina en forma de un polvo seco que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en aclidinio, glicopirronio, darotropio, indacaterol, vilanterol, carmoterol u olodaterol o su sal o éster farmacéuticamente aceptable, o en forma enantioméricamente pura o como una mezcla racémica en una mezcla con un vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable, distinto de lactosa, comprendiendo dicho vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable partículas finas y gruesas en donde el vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable se selecciona del grupo que consiste en manitol, glucosa, trehalosa, celobiosa, sorbitol y maltitol o una combinación de dos o más de ellos y la relación entre las partículas finas respecto a partículas gruesas está entre 0,01 - 0,25 en peso
