Abstract

Aditivos adicionales.

Las cargas útiles incluyen tierra de diatomeas (superfloss), sílice, talco, mica, wallostonita, sulfato de bario, y carbonato de calcio. Si se desea, se pueden usar estabilizantes útiles tales como antioxidantes, e incluyen antioxidantes fenólicos, mientras que los fotoestabilizadores incluyen fosfatos orgánicos, y tiolatos de organoestaño (mercáptidos). Aplicación industrial
Las composiciones de la presente invención, incluidas las mezclas anteriormente descritas, son útiles para una variedad de aplicaciones. Algunos ejemplos son tubos, bandejas de papel, baldosas de suelo, carcasas de máquinas, equipo de construcción y fabricación, y láminas y películas poliméricas. Más específicamente, los ejemplos incluyen equipo de manipulación de combustibles, tales como líneas de combustible y equipos de retorno de vapor, equipo comercial, revestimientos para suelos tales como para salas limpias y zonas de construcción, aplicaciones, equipos para salas limpias incluidas prendas de vestir, embaldosados, colchones, envases electrónicos, y carcasas, soportes de chips, rieles para chips, cajas de piezas y tapas de cajas de piezas, aplicaciones médicas, piezas de baterías tales

En una realización, las composiciones de la presente invención se utilizan para fabricar artículos poliméricos a utilizar como: materiales de embalaje para piezas electrónicas; separadores internos de batería para su uso en la construcción de baterías de ion litio; suministros para salas limpias y materiales de construcción; cintas transportadoras antiestáticas; piezas para máquinas de oficina; prendas de vestir y zapatos antiestáticos, o combinaciones de los mismos.
Las piezas electrónicas incluyen piezas sensibles a ESD incluidos los semiconductores. Los artículos de la presente invención también pueden ser piezas duraderas o consumibles para equipos de salas limpias y aplicaciones. También 65 se incluyen materiales de construcción y/o edificación para salas limpias y centros de datos, que incluyen elementos como barreras de absorción de impactos, cortinas, suelos, bancos, etc. Los artículos de la presente invención también

incluyen hojas laminadas, cintas transportadoras para la fabricación de alimentos, productos farmacéuticos, dispositivos médicos, y componentes electrónicos; o combinaciones de los mismos.
Adicionalmente, las composiciones de la presente invención también se pueden usar para preparar separadores y
5 otros componentes de las baterías de iones litio, baterías de polímero de litio y pilas de combustible. Dichos usos de las composiciones y artículos de la presente invención ofrecen ventajas con respecto a las baterías y pilas de combustible actuales en los campos de mejora de la seguridad, rendimiento, coste, o combinaciones de los mismos. Las composiciones de la presente invención se pueden utilizar en la composición para fabricar capas separadoras que se intercalan entre los ánodos de la batería, así como las membranas de electrolito polimérico.
Las composiciones pueden utilizarse con varias técnicas de moldeo que incluyen el moldeo por inyección, moldeo por compresión, moldeo por colada, extrusión, colada con termoconformado, moldeo en rotación, sinterización, y moldeo al vacío. Los artículos de la presente invención también se pueden fabricar a partir de resinas producidas mediante procesos en suspensión, masivos, emulsión o solución.
15 Se sabe que algunos de los materiales descritos anteriormente pueden interactuar en la formulación final, de manera que los componentes de la formulación final pueden ser diferentes de los añadidos inicialmente. Por ejemplo, los iones metálicos (de, por ejemplo, un detergente) pueden migrar a otros sitios ácidos o aniónicos de otras moléculas. Los productos formados de esta forma, incluyendo los productos formados tras emplear la composición de la presente invención en su uso previsto, pueden no ser susceptible de una descripción sencilla. Se preparó un TPU ESD de acuerdo con el procedimiento del Ejemplo 1-A salvo que el TPU está dopado, mediante absorción por vía húmeda, con 1,4 phr de la sal de litio del ácido trifluorometanosulfónico, una sal que contiene metal.
Ejemplo 1-D. (no de acuerdo con la invención)
45 Se preparó un TPU ESD de acuerdo con el procedimiento del Ejemplo 1-A salvo que el TPU está dopado, mediante absorción por vía húmeda, con 1,3 phr de la sal de litio del ácido trifluorometanosulfónico, una sal que contiene metal.
Ejemplo 2-A. (no de acuerdo con la invención)
Se preparó un TPU ESD haciendo reaccionar 4,4’-metilenobis-(isocianato de fenilo), 1,4-butanodiol, y un compuesto intermedio de poliéster de poliol derivado de dietilenglicol y ácido adípico, de la forma anteriormente descrita, usando el proceso de una vez en presencia de un catalizador de estaño.

Un TPU poliéter ESD comercialmente disponible se utilizó como comparación de las composiciones de la presente
