The invention relates to a container, in particular a pale container, with a bottom, a folding and collapsible container part to form side walls and a lid, the folded container part being able to be enclosed in a flat empty unit between the bottom and the lid, in order to fold the container, and a fastener being arranged in the lid in order to suspend the lid of one of the side walls, arranged on the outer side of the container, and which protrudes from the lid in a holding position.

Such a container is known from DE102005008695A1. On the inner side of the cover there are protruding hook elements that allow the cover to be suspended from an upper edge of one of the side walls.

From DE102009024081A1 another container of this type is known, in whose cover a sliding bearing is provided that allows the cover to be moved along an upper edge of one of the side walls. On the inner side of the cover are provided fastening elements that protrude from the lid and can be supported on the edge of the side wall.

The invention aims to create a container of the type mentioned at the beginning that is flatter in the folded state.

This objective is achieved according to the invention by being movably mounted the fastener element in the lid for a more flat arrangement of the lid and the fastener element in the folded container.

By means of a mobile mounting of the fastener element it is possible to arrange the fastener element in a fastening position, in which it protrudes from the cover and rests on an upper edge of one of the side walls or can overlap the edge, and on a transport position, in which it is placed against the lid.

Since the fastener does not protrude from the lid in the transport position, it will take up less space, so that the lid can be placed against the side wall in the folded state. Advantageously, in the container according to the invention, less additional space must be provided and, if necessary, even no additional space, towards which the fastening element can protrude. Accordingly, the lid can be generally configured flatter than the covers of the known containers.

Although it would be possible to movably mount the clamping element between the clamping position and the transport position, it is rotatably mounted in a preferred configuration of the invention. Conveniently, the fastening element can rotate at one of its ends around an axis oriented preferably parallel to the mentioned edge.

In another configuration of the invention, the clamping element can rotate freely between the clamping position and the transport position, that is, it can rotate around the axis, without friction forces or the like preventing or stopping the rotational movement. Advantageously, the fasteners are automatically oriented by the force of gravity acting on them, depending on the position, in which the lid is fastened. If the cover is held horizontally or inclined relative to the horizontal, the fasteners protrude from the cover and can be placed on the mentioned edge. On the contrary, if the cover is held perpendicularly, the fasteners are placed against it.

In an embodiment of the invention, a stop is configured in the lid, on which the fastener is supported in the fastening position. Conveniently, the stop is provided so as to block a rotation of the fastener, if it protrudes from the cover basically perpendicular.

Although a separate or similar stop bolt could be provided in the cover, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop is formed by a reinforcement rib provided, if necessary, anyway in the cover.

Conveniently, the fastener element has the shape of a hook. A hook-shaped curvature of the fastening element enables a secure fastening of the cover on the side wall, in particular if the fastening element in the fastening position is provided to overlap the upper edge on the side wall. This prevents the lid from sliding out of the side wall.

Conveniently, the fastener is disposed on an inner side of the lid and at a distance from an edge of the lid. The holding element is thus protected outwards by the lid when the container is folded.

Another advantage of the invention is that the cover is provided with a sliding bearing that is rotatably mounted on one of the side walls and allows the cover to be moved along the edge of the side wall. of the sliding bearing, only relatively small fasteners can be provided that barely protrude from the cover, and while the container must always be slightly deformed in order to move the fasteners over the edge, the container according to the invention, which It has the sliding bearings, it can be provided with larger fasteners that overlap the edge and thus enable a secure fastening. Advantageously, the fastener does not impede a displacement of the cover along the edge when it is arranged in the transport position. It is not necessary to deform the container.

A container according to the invention, shown in Figure 1, has a bottom 1, a part of container 2 and a lid 3.

The annular container part 2, which can be inserted into a circumferential groove 14 shown in Figure 5c and provided in the bottom 1, forms four side walls 5-8 of a structured plastic material, for example, in the form of corrugated cardboard .

The container has a total of six folding lines 15 to 20 formed by the welding seams joining the side walls 6 to 8, the folding lines 17 and 20 running along the center of the side walls 5 and 7, opposite each other, and the folding lines 15, 16, 18 and 19 being located in the four corners of the container. By bending the side walls 17 and 20 (see figure 5b) it is possible to fold the container part 2 to obtain a flat structure (see figure 5c) that can be enclosed in an empty flat unit between the bottom 1 and the cover 3, as It is shown in figure 3.

The bottom 1 is formed by a molded part of plastic and has in its four corners legs that are configured as depressions of the bottom and between which there is space for operations of a fork lift of a forklift.

As shown in particular in Figure 1, the cover 3 has a slight bell shape and has a protruding edge curvature that fits the bottom edge 1.

On the inner side of the cover 3 two slide bearings 13 are provided comprising two bars 21, arranged in parallel to the edges of the cover and fixed in the curvatures of the edge of the cover, and bearing bushings 22 which are mounted of rotating way at an upper edge of the side wall 8 and in which the bars 21 are guided.

As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 4, on one inner side of the cover 3 two fastening elements 9 are disposed protruding from the inner side of the cover 3 in a fastening position. As can be seen in particular in Figure 2, the fastening elements 9 have a hook shape that can overlap the upper edge of the side wall 8. The hook elements 9 are rotatably mounted around an axis formed by a pin 11 fixed between reinforcement ribs of the cover 3.

A horizontal reinforcing rib 10 forms a stop for the clamping element 9, which prevents the clamping element 9 from rotating around the pin 11 out of the clamping position, where it protrudes perpendicularly from the cover 3.

As Figure 4 shows, the fastener 9 can be placed against the inner side of the lid 3, so that it is in a transport position, where it does not protrude from the lid 3.

The lid 3 is slightly raised to bring the container from the closed position, shown in Figure 5a, to the position indicated in Figure 1. The hook elements 9 are suspended downwards by the force of gravity acting on them. The cover 3 is then moved by the sliding bearing 13 in the direction of the side wall 8, until the fastening elements 9 rest on the upper edge of the side wall 8. The cover 3 is thus in a stable position and The container can be loaded or unloaded.

If the container must be folded for transport as an empty unit, the lid 3 is pulled slightly perpendicularly upwards from the position shown in figure 1, until the fasteners 9 move to the position indicated in figure 2b by the force of gravity. Next, the cover 3 is brought to the position shown in Figure 5b, in which the cover is placed laterally against the side wall 8, and the side walls 5-8 are folded so that they are placed laterally against the cover 3.
