Abstract

Procedimiento y equipamiento para la obtención de la Proteína Hidrolizada y Decolorada de Sangre P.H.D. a partir de la sangre de animales de abasto, para lo cual se realiza un tratamiento industrial integral de dicha sangre estabilizada desde el punto de recogida o matadero, haciendo una mezcla de dicha sangre con agua en un único reactor cerrado, en el cual también se añade ácido clorhídrico, hidróxido sódico y peróxido de hidrógeno, midiendo el pH para estabilizar la mezcla, recirculando dicha mezcla con un molino coloidal regulable para pasar finalmente dicha mezcla a un depósito pulmón previo a las etapas de lavado y filtrado del producto en una bomba centrífuga y su posterior deshidratado, molturado, enfriado y envasado en el secadero, y habiendo un control integral informático tanto de las mediciones de pH, de oxígeno, como del resto de variables necesarias para las correctas reacciones y comportamiento de la mezcla.Procedure and equipment for obtaining Hydrolyzed and Discolored Protein of Blood P.H.D. from the blood of supply animals, for which an integral industrial treatment of said stabilized blood is carried out from the collection point or slaughterhouse, making a mixture of said blood with water in a single closed reactor, in which also add hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, measuring the pH to stabilize the mixture, recirculating said mixture with an adjustable colloid mill to finally pass said mixture to a lung reservoir prior to the washing and filtering stages of the product in a centrifugal pump and its subsequent dehydration, milling, cooling and packaging in the dryer, and having a comprehensive computer control of both the pH, oxygen measurements, and the rest of the variables necessary for the correct reactions and behavior of the mixture.
