Abstract
Una lámina de acero inoxidable estructural que tiene una composición que contiene en % en masa 0.01 a 0.03% C, 0.01 a 0.03% N, 0.10 a 0.40% Si, 1.5 a 2.5% Mn, 0.04% o menos P, 0.02% o menos S, 0.05 a 0.15% Al, 10 a 13% Cr, 0.5 a 1.0% Ni, 4x(C+N) o más y 0.3% o menos Ti (C, N que indican contenidos (% en masa) de C y N), y Fe e impurezas inevitables como un balance, V, Ca y O en las impurezas inevitables que son reguladas a 0.05% o menos V, 0.0030% o menos Ca y 0.0080% o menos O, en la que la lámina de acero adicionalmente contiene opcionalmente 1.0% o menos Cu en % en masa y/o 1.0% o menos Mo en % en masa, y/o 0.005% o menos B, en la que un valor F y un valor FFV expresados por las siguientes fórmulas satisfacen una condición que valor F <= 11 y valor FFV <= 9.0. **(Ver fórmula)** En las fórmulas, los símbolos de los elementos respectivos son contenidos de los elementos (% en masa).
