Abstract
Racemasa BsrAb para la racemización de aminoácidos.#En la presente invención se incluye una racemasa de Acinetobacter baumannii (BsrAb) la cual presenta un amplio espectro de racemización y por tanto permite la obtención de L aminoácidos desde el enantiómero D y de D aminoácidos desde el enantiómero L. Por tanto la presente invención se refiere tanto al uso de dicha racemasa in vitro y también a un método de racemización de aminoácidos. Además la presente invención se refiere a un método de síntesis de muropéptidos.Racemasa BsrAb for the racemization of amino acids. # The present invention includes a racemase of Acinetobacter baumannii (BsrAb) which has a broad spectrum of racemization and therefore allows the obtaining of L amino acids from the enantiomer D and D amino acids from the enantiomer L. Thus the present invention relates both to the use of said racemase in vitro and also to an amino acid racemization method. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of synthesis of muropeptides.
