Abstract

Método de reconstrucción holográfico basado en microscopia sin lentes en línea con múltiples longitudes de onda, microscopio holográfico sin lentes en línea basado en múltiples longitudes de onda y programa de ordenador#El método comprende:#- iluminar, de manera simultánea, un objeto (O) con luz divergente que incluye tres o más longitudes de onda ({la}{sub,1} + ({la}{sub,2} + ({la}{sub,3}+…);#- registrar un holograma múltiple del objeto iluminado (O); y#- obtener, por reconstrucción digital, una imagen holográfica compuesta mediante un procesado digital de la información multiespectral incluida en el holograma múltiple relativa a las tres o más longitudes de onda ({la}{sub,1} + ({la}{sub,2} + ({la}{sub,3}+…), que incluye realizar una mezcla ponderada en el dominio de Fourier de los espectros correspondientes a cada longitud de onda.#El microscopio está adaptado para implementar el método del primer aspecto.#El programa de ordenador implementa la reconstrucción digital del método de la invención.Holographic reconstruction method based on microscopy without in-line lenses with multiple wavelengths, holographic microscope without in-line lenses based on multiple wavelengths and computer program # The method comprises: # - simultaneously illuminate an object (O ) with divergent light that includes three or more wavelengths ({la} {sub, 1} + ({la} {sub, 2} + ({la} {sub, 3} +…); # - register a multiple hologram of the illuminated object (O); and # - obtain, by digital reconstruction, a holographic image composed by digital processing of the multispectral information included in the multiple hologram relative to the three or more wavelengths ({la} {sub, 1 } + ({la} {sub, 2} + ({la} {sub, 3} +…), which includes performing a weighted mix in the Fourier domain of the spectra corresponding to each wavelength. # The microscope is adapted to implement the first aspect method. # The computer program implements the reconstruction of gital of the method of the invention.
