Abstract
Una composición oftálmica, en particular para la estabilización de la película corneal, la cicatrización corneal, la restauración del contenido salino de la lágrima, y la osmoprotección, caracterizada por comprender una disolución acuosa que contiene cobalamina, ácido hialurónico y/o una o más sales de ácido hialurónico, y taurina, y una o más sustancias estabilizadoras del pH para mantener la composición a un pH comprendido entre aproximadamente 6,0 y aproximadamente 7,5.
