Abstract
Proceso de elaboración de un licor y producto así obtenido que consiste en diluir en agua, consecutivamente: azúcar, macerados de limón y naranja, destilado de canela y goma xantana. Esta dilución se mezcla de forma uniforme hasta que la goma xantana se deshace, tras lo cual se añaden consecutivamente ron y caramelo quemado.
