Abstract
Método in vitro para identificar sistemáticamente compuestos candidatos para prevenir y/o atenuar el envejecimiento de la piel, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a. poner al menos un compuesto de ensayo en contacto con una muestra de fibroblastos; b. medir la expresión o la actividad de al menos un microARN elegido entre miR-134 y miR-152 en dichos fibroblastos; c. seleccionar los compuestos para los que una inhibición de al menos un 20 %, preferentemente al menos un 30 %, preferentemente al menos un 40 % de la expresión o una inhibición de al menos un 20 %, preferentemente al menos un 30 %, preferentemente al menos un 40 % de la actividad de al menos un microARN se mide en los fibroblastos tratados en a. en comparación con los fibroblastos sin tratar.

finas de la misma. Los agentes tensores que se pueden mencionar incluyen polímeros de origen natural. La expresión "polímero de origen natural" se refiere a polímeros de origen vegetal, polímeros derivados de tegumentos, proteínas de huevo o látex de origen natural. Estos polímeros son preferentemente hidrófilos. Los polímeros de origen vegetal que se pueden mencionar en especial incluyen proteínas e hidrolizados de proteína, y más particularmente extractos de cereales, de legumbres y de plantas que producen aceite, tales como extractos de maíz, de centeno, de trigo, de trigo sarraceno, de sésamo, de espelta, de guisante, de judía, de lenteja, de abades soja y altramuz. Los polímeros sintéticos generalmente se presentan en forma de un látex o un pseudolátex y pueden ser de tipo policondensado o se pueden obtener mediante polimerización de radicales libres. Se puede hacer mención en especial a las dispersiones de poliéster/poliuretano y de poliéter/poliuretano. Preferentemente, el agente tensor es un copolímero de PVP/acrilato de dimeticonilo y de poliuretano hidrófilo (Aquamere S-2001® de la compañía Hydromer).
La expresión "polímeros de efecto mate" en el presente documento hace referencia a cualquier polímero en solución, en dispersión o en forma de partículas, que reduce el brillo de la piel y que unifica la complexión. Ejemplos que se pueden mencionar incluyen elastómeros de silicona; partículas de resina; y mezclas de los mismos. Ejemplos de elastómeros de silicona que se pueden mencionar incluyen los productos comercializados con el nombre KSG® de la compañía Shin-Etsu, con el nombre comercial Trefil®, BY29® o EPSX® de la compañía Dow Corning o con el nombre comercial Gransil® de la compañía Grant Industries.
La composición usada de acuerdo con la invención también puede comprender agentes activos distintos del inhibidor de micro-ARN, y en particular al menos un agente activo elegido entre: agentes que estimulan la producción de factores de crecimiento; agentes de antiglicación o desglicación; agentes que aumentan la síntesis de colágena o que impiden su degradación (agentes anticolagenasa y especialmente inhibidores de la metaloproteasa de la matriz); agentes que aumentan la síntesis de elastina coinciden su degradación (agentes antielastasa); agentes que estimulan la síntesis de la integrina o de componentes de adhesión focal tales como tensina; agentes que aumentan la síntesis de glicosaminoglicanos o proteoglicanos o que impiden su degradación (agentes antiproteoglicanasa); agentes que aumentan la proliferación de fibroblastos; agentes de despigmentación o antipigmentación; antioxidantes o neutralizantes de radicales libres o agentes antipolución; y mezclas de los mismos, sin que esta lista sea limitante.
Ejemplos de tales agentes son en especial: extractos vegetales y en particular extractos de Chondrus crispus, de Thermus thermophilus, de Pisum sativum (Proteasyl® TP LS), de Centella asiatica, de Scenedesmus, de Moringa pterygosperma, de avellano, de Castanea sativa, de Hibiscus sabdriffa, de Polianthes tuberosa, de Argania spinosa, de Aloe vera, de Narcissus tarzetta, o de regaliz; un aceite esencial de Citrus aurantium (Neroli); α-hidroxiácidos tales como ácido glicólico, ácido láctico y ácido cítrico, y ésteres de los mismos; β-hidroxiácidos tales como ácido salicílico y derivados de los mismos; hidrolizados de proteínas vegetales (en especial de soja o de avellana); oligopéptidos acilados (comercializados en especial por la compañía Sederma con los nombres comerciales Maxilip®, Matrixyl® 3000, Biopeptide® CL o Biopeptide® EL); extractos de levadura y en particular de Saccharomyces cerevisiae; extractos de algas y en particular de laminaria; vitaminas y derivados de las mismas tales como palmitato de retinilpoco, ácido ascórbico, glucósido de ascorbilo, fosfato de ascorbilo y de magnesio o sodio, palmitato de ascorbilo, tetraisopalmitato de ascorbilo, sorbato de ascorbilo, tocoferol, acetato de tocoferilo y sorbato de tocoferilo; arbutina; ácido kójico; ácido elágico; y mezclas de los mismos.
Como una variante o además, la composición usada de acuerdo con la invención puede comprender al menos un inhibidor de la elastasa (antielastasa), tal como un extracto de semillas de Pisum sativum que se comercializa especialmente en la compañía Laboratoires Sérobiologiques/Cognis France con el hombre comercial Proteasyl TP LS®.
La composición también puede contener aditivos inertes o combinaciones de estos aditivos, tales como agentes humectantes, estabilizantes, reguladores de la humedad, reguladores del pH, modificadores de la presión osmótica,
o filtros de UV-A y UV-B.
