Abstract

Un armazón polipeptídico recombinante que comprende: I. siete dominios de cadena beta designados A, B, C, D, E, F y G; II. unidos a seis regiones de bucle, en las que una región de bucle conecta cada cadena beta y se designa bucle AB, BC, CD, DE, EF y FG; III. en el que al menos una región de bucle varía por deleción, sustitución o adición de al menos un aminoácido de las regiones de bucle de SEC ID Nº: 1; y IV. en el que dicho armazón comprende al menos un enlace disulfuro para unir dos cualesquiera de dichos sietes dominios de cadena beta, en el que dicho armazón comprende las secuencias de cadena beta del tercer dominio de Fibronectina III de tenascina C, Tn3SS3 (SEC ID Nº: 65), o Tn3SS4 (SEC ID Nº: 66); o en el que dicho armazón comprende al menos dos enlaces disulfuro para unir dos cualesquiera de dichos siete dominios de cadena beta, en el que dicho armazón comprende las secuencias de cadena beta de Tn3SS3+4 (SEC ID Nº: 67).
