Abstract
Sistema para medición del caudal de agua con llaves de mariposa. La invención se encuadra en los sistemas de distribución de agua a presión, definiendo una herramienta para conocer la presión y el caudal en una conducción en la que se establece una llave de mariposa. El sistema realiza la medida de la diferencia de altura piezométrica entre un punto de toma manométrico (1-1'-1''), situado aguas arriba del eje del opérculo (3) de la llave de mariposa, y un punto de toma manométrica (4-4'-4'') aguas abajo del opérculo. Los puntos de toma manométrica pueden disponerse en diferentes posiciones, tales como inmediatamente aguas arriba de dicho eje del opérculo (3), y en correspondencia con la parte posterior del opérculo (3), en una zona inmediatamente anterior al opérculo (3), y en un costado de la tubería, o bien en el portabridas o carrete de conexión de la llave de aguas arriba y sobre un costado del propio portabridas aguas abajo del opérculo.System for measuring the flow of water with butterfly valves. The invention is framed in pressurized water distribution systems, defining a tool to know the pressure and flow in a pipe in which a butterfly valve is established. The system measures the difference in piezometric height between a manometric intake point (1-1'-1''), located upstream of the axis of the cover (3) of the butterfly valve, and a manometric intake point (4-4'-4'') downstream of the operculum. The manometric intake points can be arranged in different positions, such as immediately upstream of said axis of the operculum (3), and in correspondence with the posterior part of the operculum (3), in an area immediately before the operculum (3), and on one side of the pipe, or on the flange holder or connection reel of the upstream faucet and on one side of the flange holder itself downstream of the operculum.
