Abstract
Método para detectar la presencia o la ausencia de residuos de fucosa dentro de un anticuerpo glucosilado o de un fragmento del mismo, que comprende: a) eliminación enzimática de residuos sacáridos heterogéneos de la proteína, b) eliminación enzimática de otros residuos heterogéneos de la proteína, c) posterior análisis de la proteína, en el que la eliminación en la etapa a) se lleva a cabo con Endo S y Endo H.
