Abstract
Un método para distinguir el uso de la energía de control climático del uso de la energía de control no climático para un edificio, comprendiendo el método: (a) recibir una serie de valores de uso de la energía del edificio y valores de temperatura exterior correspondientes durante un periodo de tiempo, en el que cada uno de los valores de uso de la energía y valores de temperatura exterior está asociado con un intervalo de tiempo; (b) en un proceso informático, determinar una serie de valores de diferencia de temperatura durante el periodo de tiempo basándose en una diferencia en la temperatura entre una temperatura inicial predeterminada y cada uno de los valores de temperatura exterior; (c) en un proceso informático, usar un análisis de regresión para determinar al menos uno de un coeficiente de control climático y un coeficiente de control no climático a partir de los valores de uso de la energía y los valores de diferencia de temperatura; (d) en un proceso informático, usar al menos uno del coeficiente de control climático y el coeficiente de control no climático para determinar al menos de un uso de la energía de control climático y un uso de la energía de control no climático para el edificio; y (e) provocar la comunicación del al menos uno del uso de la energía de control climático y el uso de la energía de control no climático para el edificio a un cliente asociado.
