Abstract
Un procedimiento de diagnóstico de enfermedades genéticas o anomalía genética que comprende determinar la presencia de una variación genética específica de tejido en un sujeto de prueba con respecto a una estructura genética de control seleccionada, que comprende: (a) obtener material genético de una célula diferenciada de un tejido seleccionado, habiéndose preparado la célula diferenciando una célula pluripotente embrionaria inducida (iPS) obtenida reprogramando una célula somática del sujeto; y (b) probar el material genético de dicha célula diferenciada para comparar una o más estructuras genéticas de dicho material genético con una o más estructuras genéticas de control para determinar la presencia de una variación genética tal en células del tejido del sujeto.
