Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de envases flexibles con válvula dispensadora; que comprende: la conformación en vertical de un cuerpo tubular (2) mediante el desplazamiento vertical y el plegado longitudinal de un film termosoldable (1); la soldadura longitudinal de dos extremos verticales (11, 12) film termosoldable (1); la obtención a partir del cuerpo tubular (2) de sobres flexibles (3) independientes, provistos de un fondo cerrado y una boca superior (33) abierta, mediante la realización en dicho cuerpo tubular de sucesivas soldaduras transversales (32) y cortes transversales; y el desplazamiento horizontal de los sucesivos sobres flexibles (3) por una serie de estaciones de trabajo en las que se realiza la dosificación del producto a envasar, la colocación de una válvula dispensadora (4) en la boca superior (33) de los envases flexibles (3), y la soldadura (34) de la boca superior (33), fijando la válvula dispensadora (4).
