Description

Object of the invention

The object of the main patent refers to a newly structured container, which is removable and also stackable without disassembly.

Structurally, it stands out for using a minimum number of components that are: a lower base; an upper frame and side walls. These components are mounted between them to allow their disassembly in a fast / simple way so that, without detriment of the robustness required to the containers in use, they can be transported in a vacuum, disassembled.

The container object of the main patent:

It is removable, to reduce its volume by occupying a minimum space in return transport; Y

It is also stackable without disassembly: its geometry / configuration allows an empty container to be fitted between two other arranged opposite, so that, without disassembly, three empty containers can be transported occupying the space of two.

The present addition introduces improvements in this container. As in the main patent, it is also stackable without disassembly and, in addition, is removable in an improved way; materializing these improvements in:

the means used to assemble / disassemble the component elements / parts of the container from one another: now they are directly holes made in the contour of said component elements / parts; said holes facing each other in pairs to insert screw / nut sets therein;

the means for stiffening the lower base: now it has diagonal reinforcements that are flush with the crossbars of "U" section and with the crossbar of "V" section so that it rests on all of them the floor plate on which it is They have practiced the drain holes. Description of the invention

With the improvements object of this addition, the robustness of the base is increased (and, consequently, that of the container as a whole). The construction work is also greatly simplified (by replacing the threaded holes of the uprights and the threaded holes of the upper frame and eliminating the flanges with their threaded holes in the lower base) and the assembly / disassembly work, when used in these tasks , exclusively, screw / nut sets, and all the same.

Description of a preferred embodiment

An example of practical, non-limiting embodiment of the present invention is described below. Other embodiments in which accessory changes are introduced that do not distort its foundation are not ruled out at all.

In accordance with the main patent, the container object of the invention consists of:

Additionally, and as seen in the drawings, the walls (2), (3) have ventilation holes (6) strategically distributed on their surface, to cause air currents inside the container; and the base (1) has drain holes (7) strategically distributed on its surface, to evacuate residual fluids and / or from cleaning.

In accordance with the present addition, and according to the embodiment shown, the base (1) is structured in two base-beams (10a) and two base-cross-members (10b) that impact two to two orthogonally with each other in cooperation with two legs ( 13) arranged at their confluence angles.

Each crossbar-base (10a) and each crossbar-base (10b) have, throughout its length, a reinforcement wall (14) provided with through holes (54).
