Abstract

Una célula madre mesenquimal glomerular multipotente aislada de glomérulos de riñón humano adulto (hGLMSC), en donde dicha célula está caracterizada por los marcadores CD133 (negativas), CD146 (positivas), CD34 (negativas), CD105 (positivas), CD24 (positivas) y Pax-2 (positivas) y caracterizada adicionalmente por la capacidad de diferenciarse en al menos los siguientes tipos de células: podocitos, células endoteliales y células mesangiales.
