Abstract

Conjunto, cápsula y procedimiento para preparar infusiones. El conjunto comprende una cápsula (2) y un dispositivo (100) para preparar infusiones. La cápsula (2) presenta un cuerpo principal (6) en forma de cubeta abierta por un extremo. Este extremo se cierra con una tapa (26) y forma una cámara interior (4). Del citado extremo sobresale un reborde (12) perimetral que presenta un elemento de sellado (14) con una ranura (16) anular formada entre la pared lateral (18) del cuerpo principal (6) y una pared alejada (20). El dispositivo (100) comprende un elemento envolvente (102) configurado para recibir la cápsula (2) y que presenta un borde anterior (104) de sellado que, en posición de servicio, se encuentra insertado en la ranura (16) y se comprime de forma estanca, simultáneamente sobre la pared lateral (18) del cuerpo principal (6) y la pared alejada (20). La invención también se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar infusiones con este conjunto.
