Abstract
Procedimiento de producción de un revestimiento anti-erosión en una pared metálica (20) interna o externa de una cámara de una unidad de craqueo catalítico fluido, que comprende: - (i) la conformación de una estructura de anclaje (10) metálica en nido de abejas, dicha estructura de anclaje (10) se forma por una pluralidad de bandas (12) ensambladas dos a dos de modo que se forma una pluralidad de celdas (14) entre dos bandas adyacentes, en la que cada banda (12) se divide a lo largo de su longitud en una pluralidad de porciones, de las que al menos una serie de porciones de ensamblaje (121, 122) se extienden en un mismo plano y se ensamblan a una serie de porciones de ensamblaje de una banda adyacente por medios de fijación, cada banda (12) presenta un borde (12a) longitudinal inferior contenido en un único plano antes de la conformación y un borde (12b, 12'b, 12"b) longitudinal superior, durante esta etapa de conformación, los bordes (12a) longitudinales inferiores de las bandas (12) de dicha estructura de anclaje (10) se adaptan para ajustarse a la forma de dicha pared metálica (20), - (ii) la fijación de dicha estructura de anclaje (10) a dicha pared metálica (20), los bordes (12a) longitudinales inferiores de las bandas (12) de la estructura de anclaje (10) se ponen en contacto con la pared metálica (20), siendo realizada esta fijación mediante soldadura a la pared metálica (20) de al menos una parte de los bordes (12a) longitudinales inferiores de las bandas (12) de modo que cada celda (14) de la estructura de anclaje (10) se suelde a la pared metálica (20) al menos en las uniones entre las porciones de ensamblaje (121, 122) contiguas de dos bandas (12) adyacentes, - (iii) la inserción de un material composite (22) en las celdas (14) de dicha estructura de anclaje (10) desde la pared metálica (20) y al menos hasta el borde (12b) longitudinal superior de cada banda.

El borde 12b longitudinal superior comprende alternativamente secciones bajas 12d distantes del borde 12a longitudinal inferior con una distancia h y secciones elevadas 12c distantes del borde 12a longitudinal inferior con una distancia H superior a la distancia h. Las secciones 12c y 12d se encuentran a diferentes distancias del borde 12a longitudinal inferior.
En el ejemplo representado en la figura 1, las secciones elevadas 12c se extienden en la longitud completa de cada segunda porción 122 de banda y de cada tercera porción de banda 123. Las secciones bajas 12d se extienden en la longitud completa de cada primera porción 121 de banda.
Las primeras porciones 121 de cada banda presentan asimismo una altura h inferior a la altura H de las segundas porciones 122 de cada banda (véase también la figura 4).
La diferencia H-h entre las secciones elevadas y bajas (12c, 12d) es de 4 a 10 mm, preferentemente 6 a 8 mm.
El borde 12b longitudinal superior de cada banda 12 presenta uniones redondeadas 124 entre las secciones elevadas 12c y las secciones bajas 12d.
Las bandas 12 representadas también comprenden lengüetas de materia 125 cortadas en cada tercera porción 123 de banda. Estas lengüetas 125 se pliegan con respecto a dicha tercera porción con el fin de sobresalir de la misma y formar un anclaje suplementario para el material composite que revestirá la estructura de anclaje 10. La lengüeta 125 así plegada libera su orificio de corte 126. Estas lengüetas 125 se pliegan de manera que se extienden sustancialmente de forma paralela a los planos de las primeras y segundas porciones de banda 121, 122. Además, las lengüetas 125 de dos terceras porciones 123 de una misma banda separadas por una primera porción 121 se pliegan entre sí.
En el ejemplo representado, los medios de fijación de las bandas 12 comprenden entre ellas dos lengüetas 127 para la segunda porción 122 formadas por un corte en estas segunda porciones 122, y un orificio 128 correspondiente a las primeras porciones 121. La fijación de las bandas 12 se realiza por tanto de manera muy simple al introducir las lengüetas 127 de las segundas porciones 122 en los orificios 128 correspondientes a las primeras porciones 121, a continuación se pliegan las lengüetas 127 contra estas primeras porciones 121.
Alternativamente, cada lengüeta 127 podrá introducirse en un orificio correspondiente o una única lengüeta 127 podrá proporcionarse por la segunda porción 122. Las lengüetas 127 y los orificios 128 pueden disponerse de manera indiferente en las primeras o segundas porciones de banda.
Se podrían prever otros medios de realización, tales como grapas o remaches que atraviesan los orificios correspondientes a las primeras y segundas pociones.
La figura 2 representa un segundo modo de realización que difiere del representado en la figura 1 sólo por la distribución de las secciones elevadas 12'c y de las secciones bajas 12'd a lo largo del borde 12b' longitudinal superior. Otras referencias indican elementos idénticos a los representados en la figura 1. En este ejemplo, el borde longitudinal superior de cada primera porción 121 y de cada segunda porción 122 de una banda se forma por una sección elevada 12'c y una sección baja 12'd presentando cada una la misma longitud.
El borde longitudinal superior de las terceras porciones 123 dista del borde longitudinal con una misma distancia H que las secciones elevadas 12'c.
La diferencia H-h entre las secciones elevadas y bajas (12'c, 12'd) es de 4 a 10 mm, preferentemente 6 a 8 mm.
La figura 3 representa un tercer modo de realización que difiere del representado en la figura 1 sólo por la distribución de las secciones elevadas 12"c y de las secciones bajas 12"d a lo largo del borde 12b" longitudinal superior. Las otras referencias indican elementos idénticos a los representados en la figura 1. En este ejemplo, el borde longitudinal superior de cada primera poción 121 y cada segunda porción 122 de una banda se forma por una sección elevada 12"c y una sección baja 12"d con longitudes diferentes. Por consiguiente, cuando las bandas se ensamblan, la sección elevada 12"c de una primera porción 121 de una banda dista de la sección elevada 12"c de la segunda porción 122 de una banda adyacente unida de la primera porción 121, a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de una banda, como se observa en la figura 4.
La parte central del borde longitudinal superior de las terceras porciones 123 dista del borde longitudinal con una misma distancia H que las secciones elevadas 12"c.
La diferencia H-h entre las secciones elevadas y bajas (12"c, 12"d) es de 4 a 10 mm, preferentemente 6 a 8 mm.
Los medios de fijación entre las porciones de ensamblaje 121 y 122 de dos bandas adyacentes 12 no se representan en las figuras 2 y 3, pero por ejemplo son idénticos a los descritos con referencia a la figura 1.
