Abstract
Conjunto (1) de preparación de revestimiento de zeolita caracterizado por que presenta - por lo menos un reactor (2), en el que se lleva a cabo la reacción, y en el que se lleva a cabo un calentamiento por inducción acompañado por circulación de la disolución de síntesis (3), y que es un depósito con una tapa sobre la parte superior, y que está realizado en un material con una conductividad eléctrica baja para impedir la formación de zeolita sobre las paredes del mismo e impedir el calentamiento de la disolución de síntesis (3), - una disolución de síntesis (3) que se carga en el reactor (2), que incluye los reactantes que se utilizan para preparar el revestimiento de zeolita, que se prepara como diluida con el fin de aumentar la calidad del revestimiento, y que se hace circular a través del conjunto (1), - por lo menos un sustrato (4) realizado en un material eléctricamente conductor, que se sumerge en la disolución de síntesis (3) y se calienta a distancia por inducción hasta una temperatura superior a la de la disolución de síntesis (3), - por lo menos un dispositivo de inducción (5) que está ubicado fuera del reactor (2) y está situado próximo al reactor (2) a una distancia tal que el campo magnético que genera haciendo pasar corriente eléctrica sobre su bobina (6) calentará el sustrato (4) dentro del reactor (2), - por lo menos un tanque de alimentación (7) en forma de un depósito, que está colocado en un baño de agua (S) fuera del reactor (2), y a través del cual se hace circular la disolución de síntesis (3) con el fin de mantener su temperatura inferior a la del sustrato (4), - por lo menos un intercambiador de calor (8) que está colocado en el baño de agua (S) y que cambia la temperatura del baño de agua (S) con el fin de mantener la temperatura de la disolución de síntesis (3) dentro del tanque de alimentación (7) sumergido en el baño de agua (S) a un valor tal que la temperatura de la disolución de síntesis (3) en el reactor (2) permanece inferior a la temperatura del sustrato (4), - por lo menos una bomba (9) que permite la circulación de la disolución de síntesis (3) a través de un conducto de conexión (10) que se encuentra entre el tanque de alimentación (7) y el reactor (2).
