Abstract

Aparato para cocer alimentos por aire caliente, comprendiendo una carcasa (1) una cámara de cocción (2) dentro de dicha carcasa (1) un recipiente de alimentos (3) provisto de una pared inferior horadada (3a) y una abertura superior (4), y que puede ser movido entre una posición de cocción dentro de dicha cámara de cocción (2) dentro de la carcasa (1) y una posición extraída, un elemento calefactor (5) dispuesto sobre dicha abertura superior (4) de dicho recipiente de alimentos (3) en dicha posición de cocción, y un ventilador de circulación (6) que mueve un flujo de aire caliente en el interior de la cámara de cocción (2), a través del recipiente de alimentos (3) y a través de dicho elemento calefactor (5), el recipiente de alimentos (3) tiene unas paredes laterales horadadas (3b) que tienen un borde superior (3c) que define dicha abertura superior (4), teniendo el recipiente de alimentos (3) una altura de recipiente (Ar) igual o inferior a 60 mm medida entre una superficie inferior de dicha pared inferior horadada (3a) y dicho borde superior (3c), y caracterizado porque en la posición de cocción, el borde superior (3c) de dichas paredes laterales horadadas (3b) del recipiente de alimentos (3) está separado de una superficie inferior del elemento calefactor (5) por una distancia superior (Ds), donde dicha distancia superior (Ds) está comprendida en el rango de 3/5 a 5/3 de dicha altura de recipiente (Ar).
