Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a reusable, multi-purpose display packaging, which has application in the object packaging industry, for transport and storage, and more specifically in the field of the artisan sector, in which special features are needed to pack pieces of high value that are usually extremely fragile.

The invention is extremely versatile, allowing the safe packaging of a wide variety of pieces, in terms of sizes and shapes, adapting to the characteristics of each piece and considering its fragile nature, being able to be reused for successive packaging, and also allowing , its conversion, interchangeably, in an exhibitor that allows the exhibition and sample of the previously contained product, being linked to the entire marketing process of the contained object.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, in particular in the handicraft sector, packaging for the transport and storage of high-value pieces are known. These packages have to consider the nature, usually fragile, of the products to be packed. The most common solution is to pack the pieces in cardboard boxes, having some kind of buffer inside, such as pieces of paper, that fill the hollow space between object and box, thus avoiding! that the product suffers damage.

The disadvantages that this type of packaging presents are that a large variety of boxes of different sizes must be available in stock for their adaptation to the different pieces, which are often unique and not in series, with the consequent expense and complications that this entails In addition, both the boxes and the cushioning or filler material, admit a very limited number of reuses, and in some cases none, depending on the blows that the packaging has suffered during transport, with the consequent expense and waste that this entails .

careful, not leaving gaps unfilled and placing the object away from the internal walls of the box. If this is not done, the object can move inside the box during transport or directly receive a blow that the box may suffer.

Therefore, there is currently no packaging system that brings together all the necessary features adapted to the craft sector, such as packing, exhibiting, giving security, functionality and brand identity to the pieces, and at the same time, from a logistic point of view, allow its adaptability to different shapes and dimensions, its reuse, and interaction towards the user or exhibitor understanding the signs of identity of the artisan. Obviously, in the case of boxes, the sample of the product is not allowed, and during transport, it cannot be visualized by potential customers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a reusable, multi-purpose display packaging, preferably for high value products and limited series, as is the case in the arts and crafts sector. The reusable, multi-purpose display packaging of the invention has the capacity to adapt to the shape and dimensions of the product by creating a geometric volume that functions as a continent, and an internal network of supporting elements that fix the product to the packaging. In addition, the invention can be integrated with the artisanal product contained, part of the same product and identifying with it. The invention effectively protects the piece; It is versatile and provides multiple appearances and uses. Also, the invention is reusable as many times as necessary, and has the capacity to be transported, incorporating a suitable handle element. Additionally, the invention presents the ability to serve as an exhibitor for the product, it could be part of the product itself or not, and it could create a brand or associate with it.

The reusable, multi-purpose display packaging that the invention proposes comprises at least three plates that can be joined together defining a volume of content in which an object to be packed can be placed. Each plate can be attached, at least, to two other plates by means of linking, without the need for additional fixing means. Said linking means, which may consist of adhesive tape or at least one notch, hole or joint groove comprising each plate and in which an area of another plate can be fitted, being joined together.

Also, each plate comprises a plurality of perforations or holes. The reusable, multi-purpose display packaging comprises at least one object holding element that can be arranged through two holes and the content volume.

Therefore, the plates are the main element of the reusable, multi-purpose packaging-display and constitute, create, and define the volume of content in which the product is introduced and which constitutes the continent of the packaging. These are at least three plates, which can be identical, and are contemplated to have dimensions adapted to the size of the object to be contained. It is contemplated that the plates are of any material, depending on the need for protection. The plates have a series of grooves in order to join the plates together to form the volume of content. Each plate comprises a plurality of holes that can have any shape and size, whose function is to offer an anchor point to the fasteners, which cross the space defined by the volume of content and hold the product.

On the other hand, the fastening elements are elements that preferably have a sufficient rigidity to keep the object in position during transport of the packaging, although the use of deformable elements, such as wires, is also contemplated. The fasteners are anchored to the plates, and their main objective is to hold the object, product, piece; keeping it in a fixed position in the volume of contention, preventing it from suffering blows against the inner faces of the plates during transport of the packaging, protecting it and preventing vibrations and movements of the object inside the volume of contention. The fasteners can be attached to the plates by means of the pressure or friction that they exert themselves on the walls of the holes of the plates in which they are introduced. Given the plurality of holes, the options for arranging the fasteners so that the product is immobilized are numerous. Also once anchored in the plates, the fasteners contribute to increase the rigidity of the package as a whole, when said fasteners are rigid element.

In addition to its protective function as a packaging, the invention has been developed to be able to be part of the product itself or not, or as an exhibitor, or other uses, such as a lamp, giving a value added to the object after its use as a packaging or packaging. less one side, either on the same edge or in an area near the edge, of each plate. Likewise, it is contemplated that each plate comprises at least one joint flange or protrusion that can be fitted in a joint groove of another plate, being joined together. Through this solution, the union between plates is reinforced.

On the other hand, it is contemplated that the reusable, multi-purpose display package comprises anchoring elements to fix said, at least one, fastening element with respect to each plate.

Likewise, the possibility is contemplated that the reusable, multi-purpose display packaging comprises at least one base, in bottom or cover functions, which can be attached to all the plates when said plates are joined together.

The proposal includes four plates (1) that, together, define a volume of contention (2) in which an object (A) to be packed can be placed, as shown in Figures 2 and 3.

Each plate (1) joins two other plates (1) without the need for additional fixing means, for which each plate (1) comprises at least one joint groove (3) in which one area of another can be fitted iron (1), being joined. Likewise, each plate (1) comprises a plurality of holes (5), the display package comprising a plurality of fastening elements (6) of the object (A), each of which is arranged through two holes (5) and the volume of contention (2).

As can be seen in the figures, the joint grooves (3) are located on at least one side (1 '), as can be seen in Figures 6 and 7, either on the same edge or on a zone near the edge of each plate (1). In the embodiments represented in Figures 4 to 8, it is contemplated that each plate (1) comprises at least one joint flange (4) or projection that can be fitted in a joint groove (3) of another plate (1), remaining united. Through this solution, the union between plates is reinforced (1). Likewise, as can be seen in figures 4 and 5, it is contemplated that said at least one union flange (4) is located in the area corresponding to said at least one union groove (3) of the same plate (1), with which both are integrated or combined, being subsequently fitted as shown in Figure 5.

The assembly sequence to obtain the packaging is as follows:

As shown in Figure 1, the plates (1) are fitted first, by means of the connecting grooves (3) and the flanges (4) preferably located on the sides (1 ') by which they are linked the plates (1) together, in proximity to the edges of said sides (1 '), forming a structurally resistant compact volume (2). After mounting the plates (1), as shown in Figure 2, the object (A), piece or product is inserted and placed in the empty space (2), so that it takes any position within the Limits of it. Finally, the fastening elements (6) are introduced through the holes (5) of the plates (1), so that they are anchored, preferably between two plates (1), for example by friction system or by means of anchoring means (7) represented in the embodiment of figure 8, adapting them to the shape and position of the piece (A) within the volume (2).

For conversion into an exhibitor, it is enough to use the fastening element (6) as shelf columns by passing them through the holes (5), as shown in Figure 9, or fit the plates (1 or W in zigzag) ) so that a shelf is defined on which to arrange the objects (A).

As mentioned, it is contemplated that the reusable, multi-purpose display packaging comprises anchoring elements (7), represented only in Figure 8, which can be nuts placed on threaded ends of the fastening elements themselves (6), for fix said fastener (6) with respect to each plate (1).

Likewise, it is contemplated that the reusable, multi-purpose display packaging comprises at least one base (8), in bottom or cover functions, which can be attached to all the plates (1) when said plates (1) are joined between yes. If an additional handle element is included to the base, it can be transported by the customer. The function of said base (8) or floor, appreciable in Figure 3, can also be achieved with the additional arrangement of fasteners (6).

A realization not shown is one in which the reusable, multi-purpose display packaging has three plates (1). In the embodiments shown, the plates (1) have quadrangular configuration, although they may have any other.

On the other hand, the fastening elements (6) can be straight, such as a bar or rod, which cross holes (5) located in different plates (1). Likewise, although it has not been shown, the fastening elements (6) can be curved, as a bar or rod, and even deformable as a wire, which can pass through two holes (5) located on the same plate (one).

In view of this description and set of figures, the person skilled in the art will be able to understand that the embodiments of the invention that have been described can be combined in multiple ways within the scope of the invention. The invention has been described according to some preferred embodiments thereof, but it will be apparent to the person skilled in the art that multiple variations can be introduced in said preferred embodiments without exceeding the object of the claimed invention.

5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S 1. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging comprising at least three plates (1) that can be joined together defining a volume of content (2) in which an object (A) characterized by each plate (1) can be placed join, at least, to two other plates (1) by means of linkage, each plate (1) also comprising a plurality of holes (5), where the display package comprises at least one fastening element (6) of the object (A ) which can be arranged through two holes (5) and the volume of content (2). 2. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to claim 1, wherein the bonding means consist of adhesive tape. 3. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to claim 1, wherein link means consist of each plate comprising at least one joint groove (3) in which an area of another plate (1) can be fitted, being joined together. 4. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to claim 3, wherein said at least one joint groove (3) is located on at least one side (1 ’) of each plate (1). 5. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of claims 3 and 4, wherein each plate (1) comprises at least one joint flange (4) that can be fitted in a joint groove (3) of another plate ( 1), being united. 6. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to claim 5, wherein said at least one union flange (4) is located in the area corresponding to said at least one union groove (3) thereof iron (1). 7. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims, comprising anchoring elements (7) for fixing said, at least one, fastening element (6) with respect to each plate (1). 8. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims, comprising at least one base (8) that can be attached to all the plates (1) when said plates (1) are joined together. 9. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims, which has three plates (1). 10. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of claims 1 to 5 8, which has four plates (1). 11. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims, in which the plates (1) have quadrangular configuration. 10 12.- Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the claims above, in which at least one fastener (6) is straight and goes through holes (5) located in different plates (1). 13. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims 15, wherein at least one fastener (6) is curved and passes through two holes (5) located on the same plate (1). 14. - Reusable, multi-purpose display packaging according to any of the preceding claims, in which the plates (1) are identical to each other.
