Abstract
Sólido que comprende los siguientes constituyentes: a. un núcleo que contiene ácido glutámico-ácido N,N-diacético y/o una sal del mismo y b. una envuelta que contiene un compuesto de la Fórmula general I**Fórmula** en la que R representa alquilo de C1 a C30 o alquenilo de C2 a C30, que llevan adicionalmente como sustituyentes hasta 5 grupos hidroxilo, grupos formilo, grupos alcoxi C1 a C4, grupos fenoxi o grupos alcoxi-C1 a C4-carbonilo y pueden estar interrumpidos por hasta 5 átomos de oxígeno no adyacentes, representa agrupaciones de alcoxilato de Fórmula -(CH2)k-O-(A1O)m-(A2O)n-Y en la que A1 y A2 designan, independientemente entre sí, grupos 1,2-alquileno con 2 a 4 átomos de C, Y significa hidrógeno, alquilo C1 a C12, fenilo o alcoxi-C1 a C4-carbonilo y k representa el número 1, 2 o 3 así como m y n, en cada caso de forma independiente entre sí, representan números de 0 a 50, teniendo que ascender la suma de m + n al menos a 4, representan grupos fenilalquilo con 1 a 20 átomos de C en el alquilo, un anillo heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de cinco o seis miembros con hasta tres heteroátomos del grupo de nitrógeno, oxígeno y azufre que adicionalmente puede estar benzanelado, pudiendo llevar todos los núcleos de fenilo y anillos heterocíclicos mencionados en los significados para R también adicionalmente como sustituyentes hasta tres grupos alquilo C1 a C4, grupos hidroxilo, grupos carboxilo, grupos sulfo y/o grupos alcoxi-C1 a C4-carbonilo, o representan un resto de Fórmula indicando A un puente alquileno C1 a C12 o un enlace químico y cada M independientemente entre sí significa hidrógeno, metal alcalino, metal alcalinotérreo, amonio o amonio sustituido (por ejemplo, sales de amina orgánica) en las correspondientes cantidades estequiométricas.
