Abstract

Combinación de un pilar (3) para un implante dental (4), en la que el pilar (3) comprende un canal de paso de tornillo (5), y un tornillo de dos partes para un implante dental (4) con un vástago de tornillo (2) y una tuerca (1), estando la tuerca (1) y el canal de paso de tornillo (5) dimensionada de tal manera que la tuerca (1) esté alojada de manera axialmente asegurada en el canal de paso de tornillo (5), y estando la tuerca (1) formada con una rosca interior (19) para la unión roscada con una rosca (9) de la corona en el vástago de tornillo (2), estando el vástago de tornillo (2) equipado con una rosca (13) apical, que está formada para unir el tornillo, de forma roscada, con el implante dental (4), presentando el extremo del tornillo, en el que está formada la rosca (13) apical, un diámetro, que está expandido con respecto al diámetro de un extremo apical del canal de paso de tornillo (5), actuando la tuerca (1) en el estado roscado a modo de cabeza de tornillo, que está configurada para apoyarse, en un estado completamente apretado del tornillo, en un canto (6) situado apicalmente en un inserto escalonado del canal de paso de tornillo (5).
