Abstract

Cánula de colangiografía intraoperatoria que es rígida y tiene un cuerpo tubular acodado (2), con al menos un lumen (5) y que tiene en la zona de su extremo distal (3) una oliva (6) alrededor de la cual se puede cerrar el conducto cístico para que no rezume el líquido de contraste que se introduce a través del conducto para la realización de las colangiografías. Su extremo proximal (4) permite acoplar una jeringa con el líquido de contraste a inyectar y por su extremo distal (3) sobresale un fijador intraluminal (7) con un extremo biselado (8) para facilitar la introducción de la cánula (1) a través de la piel. Con esta cánula rígida no es necesario emplear trocares auxiliares ni pinzas para controlar la posición de la cánula sino que el propio cirujano la maneja desde fuera.
