Kit para el cierre definitivo de grandes heridas cutáneas tras cirugía abdominal.#La invención describe un kit de elementos especialmente diseñados para llevar a cabo un novedoso procedimiento de cierre tras cirugía abdominal en pacientes con imposibilidad de sutura primaria directa de la laparotomía; concretamente, el kit comprende unas tiras elástica (1) adecuadas para su fijación a los bordes de la herida; y unos medios (2) de fijación de las tiras (1) elásticas a los bordes de la herida, estando los medios (2) de fijación configurados para fijarse únicamente a la piel del paciente sin atravesar la fascia, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en el sistema ABRA actualmente conocido.Kit for the definitive closure of large cutaneous wounds after abdominal surgery. # The invention describes a kit of elements specially designed to carry out a novel closure procedure after abdominal surgery in patients with the possibility of direct primary suture of the laparotomy; specifically, the kit comprises elastic strips (1) suitable for fixing to the edges of the wound; and means (2) for fixing the elastic strips (1) to the edges of the wound, the fixing means (2) being configured to be fixed only to the patient's skin without passing through the fascia, unlike what happens in the ABRA system currently known.
