Abstract

Se describe un sistema de monitorización continua del estado de conducción aurículo-ventricular del corazón de un paciente mediante el que resulta posible monitorizar la conducción AV mediante detección de la actividad ventricular, eléctrica o mecánica, detectada con la ayuda de un marcapasos monocameral, con un único electrodo en aurícula, para monitorizar de forma constante la integridad de la conducción aurículo ventricular (AV), de manera que en caso de existir alguna onda auricular no conducida al ventrículo o la frecuencia de ésta sea inferior a un límite preestablecido, se generará una alarma para alertar al paciente y/o a un centro de control de este evento.
