Abstract

Central térmica solar de torre, en la que la torre incorpora a lo largo de su estructura concentradores solares para captar la energía del sol y que reflejan la radiación hacia un lateral de la propia torre, fabricado de materiales termoabsorbentes, para calentar la torre y generar en el interior de la misma una corriente de aire caliente ascendente; y hacia a una o más tuberías, conformantes de unos captadores solares, que portan fluidos térmicos y que se prolongan verticalmente y en paralelo a la torre por su parte exterior y por su parte interior, y que, gracias a la captación de calor potenciada por los concentradores solares. El documento D01 presenta una central solar de torre que comprende una torre hueca y un concentrador solar externo que concentra los rayos solares sobre la torre. Dicha torre de acuerdo con el documento D01 presenta porciones transparentes para permitir el paso de la radiación solar a su interior y la creación de una corriente de aire caliente ascendente. La central de acuerdo con D01 cuenta también con un captador solar externo. Si bien la central solar de torre de acuerdo con el documento D01 presenta las similitudes anteriormente indicadas, difiere profundamente de la propuesta por la primera reivindicación de la solicitud de patente en estudio en cuanto a la distribución y forma de las porciones transparentes que presenta la torre, la existencia de un concentrador solar interno que coopera con un captador solar interno y la existencia de un material termoabsorbente en una cara exterior de la torre que capta parte de los rayos solares procedentes del concentrador solar externo. Debido a las diferencias indicadas no se considera obvio para un experto en la materia que partiera del documento D01 el llegar a la configuración propuesta en la reivindicación 1 de la solicitud de patente . Por tanto la invención, de acuerdo con dicha primera reivindicación, por no encontrarse recogida en el estado de la técnica es nueva (Ley 11/1986, Art. 6.1.) y por no resultar del mismo de una manera obvia para un experto en la materia tiene actividad inventiva (Ley 11/1986, Art. 8.1.).
