The upper part 12 is composed - except for a bottom- of the construction elements of a conventional drawer,  including a front panel 5.

The adapters 16 in the exemplary embodiment represented are configured as plastic molded parts and in the transition zone to the top 12 in the extreme zone front and rear are provided respectively with caps protection 18 formed in one piece, which are used to cover closing the respective end zone of the front side of a wall front 19 as well as a rear wall 20 from the bottom 13.

The adapters 16 seen from its outer side they are closed with smooth surfaces by means of panels removable cover 21.

The adapters 16, alternatively, instead of how plastic molded parts can also be manufactured  as extruded profiles, which in this case could be deleted the cover panels 21 separated.

As can be seen from the drawings, the surface of base of the upper part 12 of the drawer 1 is greater than the base surface of the bottom 13. The base surface of the upper part corresponds approximately to the surface of base of the complete frame cabinet while the surface of bottom base 13 corresponds to the size that is available in the socket area.

The advantage of the two-part configuration of the drawer is that only the parts need to be manufactured lower 13 corresponding to the size of the socket and attach these in an upper part composed of construction pieces in Serie.

Drawer according to claim 4, characterized in that the adapters (16) in the front and rear end zone are respectively provided with shaped protective covers (18), which cover the upper front areas of a front wall (19) as well as a rear wall (20) of the bottom (13). 6. Drawer according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the adapters (16) in the area of their outer sides that are directed towards the side opposite the drawer (1) are covered by cover panels (21) of smooth surfaces. 7.
