Abstract

The invention concerns a unit for cleaning a clarifying pond defined by a wall and essentially comprising a chute delimited by said wall, a bottom and a sloping plate; a siphoid partition linked to the bottom of said plate through cross members, a scraper bridge associated with a motor-reduction unit and with a drive wheel. The inventive unit is characterised in that it comprises, in combination, a first set of brushes (8) designed to clean the bottom of the chute and a second set of brushes (9) designed to clean the vertical edges of said chute. It further comprises a third set of brushes (18) and (19) designed to clean, the first one (18), the top of the cross members, and the second, the vertical walls opposite respectively the sloping plate and the siphon partition.
