Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de una crema de manos.#Según el procedimiento, la crema de manos se obtiene mediante una mezcla de componentes que corresponden aproximadamente a un 45,5% de agua, a un 10% de urea, a un 10% de glicerina, a un 15% de base 1011, a un 10% de alcohol cetoestearílico, a un 5% de ácido láctico, a un 2% de vitamina F, a un 2% de ciclometicona tetramel, a un 0,3% de alantoina y a un 0,2% de quaternium, añadiendo finalmente una dosis mínima de perfume. Dicha aplicación es adecuada para el tratamiento de las manos. Por lo tanto, a la vista de los documentos citados anteriormente, se puede decir, que la presente solicitud de patente, tal y como ha sido redactada, posee novedad y actividad inventiva ya que no se ha encontrado el procedimiento de obtención de una crema de manos presentado en las reivindicaciones 1 y 2. Aunque, sí se han encontrado documentos en los que se describen emulsiones, con fase oleosa y acuosa con algunos de los componentes como son urea, glicerina, ácido láctico, alantoína etc, pero dichos documentos no describen el procedimiento de la presente solicitud de patente. Ni tampoco, existen sugerencias en ellos que dirijan al experto en la materia hacía la invención definida en dichas reivindicaciones. Por consiguiente, se cumplen los requisitos de novedad y actividad inventiva para las reivindicaciones1 y 2 según los artículos 6 y 8 de la LP. This application serves as a vehicle for pharmacological agents to treat and protect the skin from certain diseases. The emulsion may comprise, among others, glycerin (see column 6, line 3), vitamins C and E (see column 6, lines 14-15), stearyl alcohol, cyclomethicone (see example 1). This application is suitable for the treatment of the hands. Therefore, in view of the documents cited above, it can be said that the present patent application, as it has been drafted, has novelty and inventive activity since the procedure for obtaining a cream of hands presented in claims 1 and 2. Although, documents have been found in which emulsions are described, with oily and aqueous phase with some of the components such as urea, glycerin, lactic acid, allantoin etc, but said documents do not describe the procedure of the present patent application. Nor are there suggestions in them that direct the person skilled in the art to the invention defined in said claims. Accordingly, the requirements of novelty and inventive activity for claims 1 and 2 according to articles 6 and 8 of the LP are met.
