The present invention refers to improvements introduced in the object of the main Invention Patent P 201030010 referring to a shoe and manufacturing process thereof, footwear that in this case, that is to say in the main Invention Patent, is based on the fact that Between the cut and the lining of the footwear an intermediate and elastic piece is mounted with protuberances that emerge outside the cut, through corresponding holes.

The object of the invention is to achieve a lower deformability of said protuberances without thereby minimizing their elasticity, that is, maintaining this, with the advantages that derive from it. Background of the invention

In the main invention patent P 201030010, a shoe with an optimum aesthetic appearance with respect to conventional footwear is described, while presenting better functional performance.

For this, according to that main Invention Patent, between the corresponding cut or external part of the footwear and the lining as an internal part thereof, an air bubble or chamber is established, corresponding to the toe area, both in the part upper as front and side, such bubble materializing in a piece of flexible rubber or other elastic material that may be tightly closed, so that the bubble gives that area of the shoe an elastic character due to its own inflection, or it may be open so that their elastic deformation produces a similar effect.

In that same main invention patent, the footwear will have several bubbles or chambers and the outer part of the cut will be provided with holes, formally and dimensionally suitable for said bubbles to emerge substantially outside, being partially visible and consequently participating in the aesthetics of the footwear.

As is evident, the bubbles that emerge through the holes of the cut define protuberances that can have any configuration, although preferably they are circular in shape and in the form of a spherical cap.

Based on these protrusions determined by the bubbles, it is achieved in the area of the footwear in which they are arranged, elastic performance that is especially suitable when said footwear is used in certain sports that are practiced with the foot and on a ball, achieving a remarkable empowerment in the blow with the foot on the latter.

Furthermore, in that main Invention Patent P 201030010, the shoe manufacturing process is described, based on the fact that after the operative phase of making the outer part of the cut, one or more holes are made therein, by means of a die, formal, dimensionally and positionally coinciding with the chambers or bubbles (protuberances) provided on the lining, the rubber part or pieces that must fit tightly in them, then engaging in the seam, glued, riveted or any other means conventional appropriate.

The procedure is finalized by mounting on the inner face of the assembly constituted by the outer part of the cut and the piece or pieces of rubber, of the lining which in turn can be glued and / or sewn.

The fixing operation, that is to say the seam or glue, can be carried out simultaneously for the lining and the piece or pieces of rubber with respect to the outer part of the cut, so that once the manufacturing process of said cut is completed, the preparation the rest of the footwear will be carried out in a conventional manner, that is, in regard to the fixation of the cut to the floor. The improvements of the invention mainly focus on the bubbles and corresponding protrusions that emerge through holes established for this purpose in the shoe cut.

More specifically, the improvements of the invention consist in that each bubble or protuberance, in the form of a spherical cap, is provided with an inner neck, with a cylindrical or similar configuration, which provides a lower deformability of the protuberance or bubble itself, but It maintains its elasticity.

These bubbles or protuberances may be part of a single piece of rubber, such as the preferred embodiment of Figure 2 of the main Invention Patent, or be independent pieces, in which case such parts are provided with a wall or flange perimeter for support and fixation on the inner face of the corresponding cut.

This inner and cylindrical neck can be internally smooth and equipped with external annular projections, to give it greater resistance, or it can be of constant section, that is to say smooth both inside and outside. Description of the drawings

As can be seen in the aforementioned fi gures, each protuberance or rubber bubble (1), which has the shape of a spherical cap, has a cylindrical general con fi guration in its concavity and centered and which can be of constant thickness or have annular and external projections (3), which provide greater resistance, so that in any case the neck (2) established in each of the protuberances or bubbles (1) confers a lower deformability to the protuberance or bubble (1 ) and yet maintains its elasticity.

In a preferred embodiment, each protuberance or bubble (1) is formed by an independent body, with a perimeter wall or flange (4) on whose upper surface the corresponding cut will rest, for the fixation of that one when the shoe is cut, that is to say that the passage of the protuberance (1) through the hole corresponding to the cut, will carry with it the support of the upper surface of the flange (4) on the inner face of the shoe lining, allowing to carry out the fixation, either by sewing, either by adhesive or any other appropriate means.

As it is evident, the neck (2) is opened by its lower end, to allow a minimum deformability and to achieve the maximum elasticity of the whole of the bubble or protuberance (1).

1. Improvements introduced in Invention Patent number P 201030010 for "Footwear and procedure for the manufacture thereof", which being applicable in that type of footwear constituted by the functional combination of a floor and a cut, a part participating in the latter exterior or view and an inner part in functions of lining, and having been provided that said cut incorporates, in correspondence with the previous area thereof and between its outer part and its lining, one or more elastic parts determining cameras or bubbles emerging from the exterior of the cut, defining protrusions adequately distributed over the anterior and lateral areas of said cut, characterized in that each protuberance (1) or bubble established by the corresponding elastic piece, internally has a central neck (2), open towards the outside, establishing a less deformability of said protuberance (1), maintaining its elasticity.

Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the object of the invention claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 (references and comments in brackets correspond to this document). Thus, with respect to the features described in claim 1, discloses a shoe (1), consisting of a floor and a cut, the latter participating an outer part (2) or view and an inner part (3) in lining functions , it being foreseen that said cut incorporates in correspondence with the anterior zone of the same and between its outer part and its lining, one or more elastic parts (4) determining cameras or bubbles (description, column 1, line 18) that emerge to the outside of the cut defining protuberances (see figures 1 and 2) adequately distributed over the anterior zone and the lateral areas of the cut where each protuberance established by the corresponding elastic piece internally presents a central neck open towards the outside. With respect to this last characteristic, document D02 discloses protuberances with a central neck but in no case open to the outside. This last feature is considered an improved effect compared to the state of the art. Furthermore, it is not considered obvious that one skilled in the art obtains the invention from the documents mentioned above. With respect to claim 2, it describes that each protuberance is an independent piece with respect to the remaining ones, characteristic described in document D02 (description Column 2, line 32-35, Figure 7, reference 4a). These independent pieces are equipped with a wall or perimeter flange for support and fixation on the internal face of the cut. Said characteristic has not been found in the state of the art and it is not considered obvious that a person skilled in the art includes said characteristic so that it constitutes an improved effect with respect to the state of the art. Claim 3 discloses that the central neck is internally smooth and susceptible to being affected by external annular projections, no document showing the technical characteristics disclosed in said claim has been found in the state of the art. Therefore, no document has been found in the state of the art, taken alone or in combination that reveals the invention defined in claims 1, 2 and 3. Furthermore, it is not considered obvious that one skilled in the art conceives said invention. Therefore, the invention claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 is new, involves inventive activity and has industrial application in accordance with articles 6 and 8.1 of Law 11/86 of March 20 of Patents.
