The present invention relates to a folding display rack, formed entirely of cardboard sheets.

The object of the invention according to claims 1 and 2 is a collapsible cardboard display formed by two parallel walls joined together by two lateral partitions, foldable by their axis of vertical symmetry and which in an unfolded position adopt an incoming angle position, and shelves folded upwards along its longitudinal axis of symmetry which, in an unfolded position, adopt a horizontal position, the windows of the side walls being supported on the upper edges. These edges are provided with a central recess to accommodate the tabs that the shelves have on their lower face, forming at the ends some tabs that are housed in the outer part of the partitions.

Document D01, considered the closest state of the art, describes a folding display (column 1, lines 3-4) made of cardboard, comprising a front surface, a rear and two sides (column 2, lines 33-38) susceptible to bending along its midline for folding the structure, and a series of shelves that also fold along its midline, in a vertical direction (paragraphs [0023-0026]; figures).

The difference between the display shelf disclosed in document D01 and that of the application lies in the way in which support is provided to the shelves in the unfolded position which, while in D01 is achieved by a series of vertical supports that fit in the grooves made on the lower shelves, the request is made by supporting them on existing edges in the side walls, for which in an unfolded position they adopt an incoming angle position and that are also equipped with recesses where the tabs are housed that the shelves possess.

This solution is already known from document D02, which refers to a folding cardboard display whose base is formed by two front walls joined together by two side walls that, in an unfolded position, form an incoming angle and on which a top cover that is also fixed by means of tabs that are housed in the grooves made for this purpose in said side walls (column 3, line 20-column 5, line 22; figures).

The realization of windows to have several edges on which to support several horizontal shelves is an obvious design option for the person skilled in the art, in the same way that it is the possibility of increasing the length of the eyelashes in the extensions so that stay outside (see document D03 figure 8-and D04 -figures 5-6-).

Therefore, claims 1 and 2 are considered to lack inventive activity.
