2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

Document D01 contains (see figures 1 to 3) and a rectangular prismatic block (22) with two outer parallel walls (24, 26) and two other inner transverse walls (27), and opened by its upper and lower bases, serving the gaps for the passage of vertical lines of installations (see 63 and 64 in figure 1, and figure 6). The inner transverse walls (27) have recesses (28,29) intended to allow the passage of horizontal lines of the installation (see 56 and 57 in fig. 1). In addition (see column 6, line 40 to column7, line 9) the outer walls (24,26) have internal recesses (53) that delimit a part of the wall with a thinner section (54) and therefore weaker, to be able to open with a blow and in the hole place the boxes of the facilities, other mechanisms of these, or their passage through (see fig. 1 and 6). The difference of this document with the first claim of the application, consists in that in this one there are not some recesses but some cuts in pairs in the inner part of the walls, marking the hole to practice. Nor does it have at least three transverse walls, but only two. However, document D02 contains (see figures 2 to 4 and page 6, lines 16-32), a prismatic block (20) with two longitudinal walls (22,24) and three transversal walls (26,28,30), forming in its interior two vertical gaps (34,38). In the inner part of the walls there are some cuts (40 a, 40b,) that do not cross the wall but cause a weakening in such a way that with a tapping hole a hole delimited by the cuts is opened (see figure 4 and page 6, line 34 to page 7, line 6). It would be obvious to the person skilled in the art to combine the characteristics of document D02 with those of document D01 to obtain the characteristics of claims 1 and 2 of the application. It is considered that claims 3 and 4 are obvious possibilities that one skilled in the art could select without inventive activity. Therefore, in view of the above documents, it is considered that the characteristics of claims 1 to 4 of the application, would result in an evident manner from the prior art for the person skilled in the art, and therefore would lack activity inventive (art.8.1LP 11/1986).
