The present invention aims at a new patch, of the type comprising a matrix that has properties adhesives in the dry state and containing at least one substance active, this matrix being joined by a face to a support and being suitable for applying on the other side on the skin, characterized said patch, because said support is selected so that it can contain a predetermined liquid capable of solubilizing so less partially the active substance (s) contained in the matrix and because the matrix is permeable to this liquid.

In this way, thanks to the invention, the liquid that can be water or any other solvent can diffuse towards the skin through the womb, from the support that constitutes then somehow a deposit, which presents multiple advantages.

Patch 1 shown in Figure 1 comprises a matrix based on hydrophobic polymer 2, coated on one side 3 by a removable protection film 4 and joined by the other side 5 to a porous support 6, constituted in the embodiment example described by a nonwoven based on cellulose fibers.

The particles 9 found in the proximity of the skin interface, when filled with water, can constitute an intermediate layer between the matrix 2 and the skin gelled in which the compounds are solubilized cosmetically assets, which are thus released in contact with the epidermis.

The mode of release of the compounds cosmetically active by solubilization in the deposited liquid on the skin and that impregnate the support 6 allows to introduce in the matrix 2 cosmetically active compounds that would result impossible to keep for a long period in the same solution.

The support 6 delays the drying of the patch in the interface with the skin, which favors a prolonged action of the cosmetically active compounds on the skin, and a good diffusion of these in the epidermis, if necessary.

Claims (22)

Patch comprising a matrix that has adhesive properties in the dry state and that contains at least one active substance, this matrix being attached on one side to a support and being suitable for applying on the other side on the skin, characterized in that said support (6) is selected so that it can contain a predetermined liquid suitable for at least partially solubilizing the active substance (s) contained in the matrix and because said matrix (2) is permeable to this liquid, causing the liquid, in the course of its diffusion through the matrix, the passage in the form of a solution of the active substance (s), which are thus released from the matrix, the support being impregnated by the liquid at the time of use. 2.
