Abstract

Dispositivo para la recogida de muestras de ADN de la carne para garantizar la trazabilidad. El objeto de la invención es un dispositivo para la recolección de muestras biológicas para la posterior identificación genética de muestras individuales. Consiste en un tubo con una lanceta solidaria a la cara interior del tapón, que lleva adherida una matriz absorbente para la toma de muestras de ADN. Para tomar las muestras se abre el tubo, se clava la lanceta incorporada al tapón en la pieza de carne y se vuelve a cerrar el tubo con el mismo tapón para su archivo. Para el análisis de las muestras, se abre el tubo y se corta un fragmento de la matriz absorbente. El fragmento obtenido se somete a la metodología pertinente para la extracción de ADN y análisis de fragmentos o secuencias.Device for collecting DNA samples from meat to ensure traceability.
