Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir una composición de elastómero termoplástico, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento: sintetizar un copolímero elastomérico polimerizando etileno, una a-olefina y, opcionalmente, un monómero de dieno dentro de la fase gaseosa en presencia de un dispersante de negro de carbón para así producir un copolímero elastomérico en fase gaseosa que tiene negro de carbón dispersado; mezclar el copolímero elastomérico en fase gaseosa con un polímero termoplástico para formar una mezcla del copolímero elastomérico y del polímero termoplástico; y vulcanizar dinámicamente el copolímero elastomérico en fase gaseosa dentro de la mezcla del copolímero elastomérico y del polímero termoplástico. en el que dicho copolímero elastomérico en fase gaseosa tiene una viscosidad de Mooney (ML (1+4 a 125ºC)) de 80 a 450.
