Abstract

Procedure for obtaining a virus attenuated human plasma for therapeutic use. The procedure is characterized in that the mixture of the treated plasma is stabilized and protected against degradation, the remainder of the reagents used in the inactivation method being eliminated by adsorption with a selective resin, complemented with concentration by ultrafiltration until a plasma is obtained whose protein composition is equivalent to frozen fresh plasma and is suitable for transfusion.
