Abstract
Desalinizadora de agua de mar. La desalinizadora está formada por varios cuerpos tubulares (1), cada uno de los cuales está determinado por un cuerpo cilíndrico externo (7) con orificios (8) y un cuerpo cilíndrico interno (9) con orificios (10) de menor diámetro que aquellos, y entre ambos cilindros una serie de capas filtrantes (11). Los cuerpos tubulares (1) van montados entre una pareja de plataformas de hormigón (2) y (3), la inferior de ellas como plataforma base y la superior como base de un depósito hermético (4) de almacenamiento del agua filtrada, obtenida ésta cuando se sumerge en conjunto en el agua que, por presión, pasa a través de los cilindros, reteniéndose las sales e impurezas en el cilindro externo (7). A través del cilindro interno (9) el agua filtrada alcanza el depósito de almacenamiento (4), desde el cual y a través de una bomba (6) puede ser impulsada al exterior para su consumo. La desalinizadora permite desalinizar agua sin costes energéticos, basándose en un sistema de filtración que lo produce la propia presión del agua cuando la estructura se sumerge en el mar.
